Free Metro Delivery
We offer FREE shipping to metro areas across Australia on ALL PRODUCTS!
For the purpose of this policy, metro areas are defined as locations within 80km of an Australian capital city CBD.
Free metro delivery excludes:
- Darwin
- Tasmania
- Regional and remote areas outside the 80km metro radius
If you are unsure whether your address qualifies as metro, please contact us before placing your order.
Heavy & Oversized Equipment
For larger items such as car hoists, hydraulic presses and other heavy workshop equipment:
- Free metro shipping may require collection from your nearest freight depot.
- Due to the size and weight of these products, residential delivery is not always possible.
- A forklift is typically required for unloading heavy freight.
If you have access to a forklift at a commercial or suitable residential address, direct delivery may be arranged upon request. Please contact us prior to ordering for confirmation.
Depot locations will be advised once freight is booked or you can check the product page for individual product shipping information.
Regional & Remote Deliveries
Customers located outside metro areas (including Darwin, Tasmania and regional/remote locations) may incur additional freight charges.
If you are outside a metro area:
- Please contact us for a freight quote before purchasing, OR
- If an order is placed, we will contact you to advise of any additional freight charges before dispatch.
If you choose not to proceed with the revised freight cost, a full refund will be issued.
Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes
Our products ship directly from our suppliers to ensure efficient delivery.
Estimated timeframes vary by product and location, however most metro deliveries arrive within 5–10 business days. Regional and remote deliveries may take longer.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.
As soon as we receive your order we automatically check to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within three business days from the date of your order.
We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
If you do not receive shipping confirmation from us within four business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at info@craftedgaragesolutions.com.au.
International Orders:
At this stage we are not accepting international orders.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery.
If you do accept delivery you are required to immediately take photos using your smart phone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside the packaging.
If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to info@craftedgaragesolutions.com.au, then visit our Easy Returns page and lodge your return claim online.
